Pic by David Mansell for British Waterways.This website was set-up by Jonathan Briggs, based in Gloucestershire, England.  Jonathan has a long-standing interest in mistletoe, dating from undergraduate work on parasitic plants in 1981-82.  More recently he co-ordinated the 1990s national mistletoe survey project for Plantlife and BSBI and he is currently involved in many other mistletoe projects such as London Mistletoe Action Plan and the new Tenbury English Mistletoe Enterprise (TEME) and Tenbury Mistletoe Festival .  He also gives regular advice on mistletoe matters to the media and to specialist groups - including the Druids' Mistletoe Foundation.
